Celebration of Life for Ms. Agnes Loretta Gendraw will be held on Thursday, September 4, 2014 at Green Pasture Baptist Church 151 North Warren Street Milledgeville, Georgia. Service time is scheduled to begin at 11:00a.m. with the interment following at Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery.Remains will be placed in state at 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service.It was on Thursday, August 28,2014 that Mrs. Gendraw was called home to be with the Lord.Agnes being a native of Baldwin County decided to relocate fifty nine years ago to Akron, Ohio. She became employed at the Akron City Hospital in Nursing for many years until her retirement. She was an active parishioner of Saint Sebastian Catholic Church for many years.She leaves a legacy of love to be cherished by her sisters: Mrs. Christine Newton - Nelson, Mrs. Zenora Odum, one brother Mr. Sammie (Rosa Lee) Gendraw, Sr. all of Milledgeville, Georgia and a loving host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
