Celebration of Life for Mr. Alfonso "FA" Robinson, Sr. of Milledgeville, Georgia will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2019 at Freedom Church 500 Underwood Road Milledgeville, Georgia 31061. Services will commence at 2:00 pm with the interment to follow at Scotts Chapel Cemetery. Remains will lie in state at 1:00 pm at the church. The cortege will assemble at 109 Ramona Drive Milledgeville, Georgia. Reverend Leroy Allen will officiate.

"Fa" as he was fondly known by family and friends, was called home to rest from labor to reward on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at Navicent Health - Baldwin. He was a lifelong member of Coopers Hill Baptist Church. He was a former member of The Brotherhood Association of Coopers Hill Baptist Church. Alfonso was also a member of Prince Hall Masonic Lodge # 159.

Mourning his passing yet cherishing the many precious memories of "FA" are his children, Yolanda Johnson of Stone Mountain, Georgia , Tykesha Robinson of Warrenton , North Carolina, Paul Hinton of Patterson, New Jersey, Alfonso (LaTanya) Robinson, Jr. of Milledgeville, Georgia, and La Mario Primas of Atlanta, Georgia, siblings, Julia Weaver and spouse Tommie , Martha Frances Robinson, and Eddie Moby(Shirley) Robinson all of Milledgeville, Georgia, eleven grandchildren,two great grandchildren, and a loving host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Alfonso was preceded in death by his wife , Mrs. Gussie Williams - Robinson, and parents, Charlie and Lillie Mae Robinson, Sr.
