Graveside Services Celebrating The Life of Mr. Alvin Harris 60 of Milledgeville, Georgia will be held on Friday, February 5, 2021 at 11:00 am at Springhill C.M.E. Church Cemetery 7566 Asbury Church Road Gordon, Georgia. Reverend Omer Reid will officiate. Alvin entered into rest on Monday, February 1, 2021 at his residence. He was a lifelong member of Springhill C.M.E. Church. Alvin retired from Central State Hospital after years of dedicated service.

His memory will live on forever in the hearts of his wife and devoted friend; Ann Cato - Harris, step children; Dehandra Cato, Derrick Cato and Demetrius Mountain, two sisters; Sandra Thomas and Dr. Virginia (Steven) Rozier of Gordon, Georgia, four brothers; Lemon (Cynthia) Harris, Jr. of Smyrna, Georgia, Calvin (Connie) Harris of Milledgeville, Georgia, James Harris of Macon, Georgia, Willie Chain (Virginia) Harris of Atlanta, Georgia, beloved grand daughter; Taylor Hill of Milledgeville, Georgia and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
