Celebration of Life for Annie Laura Brown of New Haven, Connecticut a former native of Milledgeville will be held on Monday, September 26, 2011-11:00a.m.- at Shiloh Baptist Church 204 S.W. Harrisburg Rd. Milledgeville. Interment will follow at Austin Memorial Gardens. Annie was the wife of the late Sam Brown. She entered into eternal rest on September 18, 2011. She was born October 4, 1920 to the late Lula Sims and the late Roosevelt Zachary .Annie was fondly known as " Sugar Lump" to her loved ones. She was the loving mother of Annie Lois Thomas of Milledgeville, Samuel Brown (Loria ) of Prospect, Ct., Minnie Brown, Larry Brown, Betty Brown, all of New Haven, Ct. and Rosee Brown (Dorrett) of Hamden, Connecticut. She's also survived by two sisters Harriet Zachary of Orlando, Florida, and Rosevita Zachary of Marietta, Georgia. A brother in law George Green of Scottsboro, Georgia, twenty nine grandchildren, fifty great grandchildren, five great- great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by three children William Brown, Eddie Brown, and Geneva Brown, also three brothers, one sister, and two grandsons.
