Celebration of Life for Mrs. Annie B. Richardson of Milledgeville, Georgia will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2013 at The Chapel of All Faiths 252 Swint Avenue Milledgeville. Services will begin 11:00a.m. with the interment to follow at Pine Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery. Remains will be in state at 10:00a.m. until the service hour. Mrs. Richardson a native of Baldwin County was a faithful member of Pine Ridge Baptist Church serving on the usher board until her health declined. She taught in the public schools for thirty five years and was appointed to the Baldwin County Voter Registration Committee. On Sunday, August 11, 2013 Annie was called home to receive her reward in heaven. Her memory will forever linger in the hearts of her family and friends, a son; Charles Phelps, Jr. of Milledgeville, Georgia and a loving host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Mrs. Richardson was preceded in death by her husband the late Monroe Richardson, and two daughters; Rosalyn Phelps and Vera P. Stephens.
