Celebration Of Life for Dr. Antonio Tyrone Hurt of Gray, Georgia will be held on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at Victory Baptist Church 640 Meriwether Road NW Milledgeville, Georgia. Services will begin at 11:00 am with the interment following at Heritage Memorial Park. Remains will lie in state at 10:00 am at the church. Dr. Hurt passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 8, 2019. He was the founder of Covenant Keepers International in October of 2010. He pledged Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity in 1995 and was also affiliated with True Life Apostolic Fellowship. Dr. Hurt leaves fond memories lingering in the hearts of his devoted wife of nineteen years, Stephanie Simmons - Hurt, his parents, mother, Geraldine (Johnny W.) Simmons of Sparta, Georgia, his father, Sha'Ron E. Hurt of Milledgeville, Georgia, one daughter, Zacori Hurt, sons, Timothy Davis - Hurt, Zavan Hurt and Zachary Hurt, siblings, Sonya M. (Denard O.) Dixon, Anthony B. (Latonya) Brookins, and LaVance K. (Janet) Hurt, his spiritual mothers, Annie (Vernon) Miller and Apostle Cheryl Palmer, devoted niece, Akeya S. Hurt, nephew, Noah Hurt, aunts, uncles, and a host of other family and friends.
