Celebration of Life for Ms. Barbara Torrance of Milledgeville, Georgia will be held on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at New Hope Baptist Church 345 E Camden Street Milledgeville, Georgia. Services will begin at 1:00 pm with the interment being private. Barbara was called home to eternal rest on Friday, June 29, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents Richard Preston and Annie Lou Torrance. She leaves to cherish her memory sisters, Claudette (Terry) Moore, Jeanette (Gregory) Torrance of Milledgeville and Vera Elaine (Lester) Owens of Detroit, Michigan, brothers, Ben (Angela) Jackson of Philadelphia, Pa, and Terald (Jenifer) Jackson of Dublin, Georgia, aunts, Rosa Mae Reeves, Clara Clark, Emma L. Milner, Angela Smith, uncles, Charlie Mack Torrance, Anthony Torrance, Robert Torrance, devoted friend, Mary Jackson, nieces, nephews, and a host of other family and friends.
