Celebration Of Life for Mr. Caesar Titus Allen "Sam" Pankey of Milledgeville, Georgia will be held on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at Flagg Chapel Baptist Church 400 W Franklin Street Milledgeville, Georgia. Services will begin a 3:00 pm with the interment following at Baldwin Memorial Gardens. Remains will lie instate at 2:00 pm until the service hour. Caesar departed this life on Tuesday, September 4, 2018. He leaves precious memories lingering in the hearts of his mother, Dr. Anita Rae Smith - Pankey M. D., sisters, Harriet ( Ralph) Goffney of Charlottesville , Virginia, Anita Rae Joyner of Milledegeville, Georgia, one brother, Titus (Manuela) Pankey of Silver Springs, Maryland, devoted aunt Cornelia (Lawrence) Coates of Warner Robbins, Georgia, devoted nieces, Nicole W. (Kamau) Hull, Esq., Riley Pankey, nephew, Roosevelt (Kimberly) Woolfork, IV, and a host of other family and friends. Caesar was preceded in death by his father Dr. Titus Pankey, Jr., and a brother, Lance Corporal Alan Pankey
