Graveside Services Celebrating The Life of Mrs. Charlie Mae Griswold-Turk 78 of Greensboro, Georgia formerly of Haddock, Georgia will be held on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Antioch Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery 512 Old Monticello Road NW Milledgeville, Georgia. Elder Donald Tuft - Pastor will officiate. Remains will lie in state from 12:00 noon until the service hour. Charlie Mae was called home to rest on Friday, February 26, 2021 at St. Mary's Good Samaritan Hospital in Greensboro, Georgia. She was a lifelong faithful member of Antioch Primitive Baptist Church.

Charlie Mae was a former employee at Bellsouth where she was employed as a telephone operator until her retirement.

She leaves to cherish her memory, two daughters; Valerie Burney (Gerald Williams, Sr.) of Union Point, Georgia and Harriett Turk of Milledgeville, Georgia, siblings; Julia Tuft of Haddock, Georgia and Emmett Griswold of Milledgeville, Georgia, seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and a loving host on nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Charlie Mae was preceded in death by her husband, Julian Harold Turk and one son, Alfred Simmons.
