Celebration of Life for Deacon Ernest Thomas Daniels, Jr. of Milledgeville, Georgia will be held on Friday, November 2, 2018 at 11:00 am at New Hope Baptist Church 345 E Camden Street Milledgeville, Georgia. Remains will lie in state at 10:00 am until the service hour. The interment will follow at The Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Deacon Daniels entered into rest on Friday, October 26, 2018. He was a faithful and devoted member of New Hope Baptist Church for many years, serving as a Deacon, member of the male chorus and senior chorus, volunteered at O.A.C. and provided devotional service. Deacon Daniels leaves precious memories in the hearts of his family, his devoted wife of forty nine years, Janice Williams - Daniels, one son, Kenneth Wayne (Tisha) Daniels, sisters, Cheryl (Lawrence) Taylor and Ilene Harris both of Philadelphia, Pa, brothers, John Wright of Cleveland, Ohio, Kenneth Daniels of Greensboro, North Carolina, and Thomas Daniels of Philadelphia, Pa, three grandchildren, Camryn Simmons, Kenneth Major Daniels and Karli Daniels, devoted cousins and sisters in law, also a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
