Funeral Services Celebrating The Life of Mrs. Dotsie Mae Patterson, 87 of Gray, Georgia will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at 11:00am at Friendship C.M.E. Church, Friendship Church Road, Gray, Georgia. The interment will follow at the church cemetery. Reverend Donald Hill will officiate. Mrs. Patterson entered into rest on Thursday, September 5, 2024, at her residence.

As a favorite pastime Mrs. Patterson loved gardening, traveling, and flowers. She retired from Baldwin County Hospital in Milledgeville after twenty-five years of dedicated service. She loved spending time with family, especially her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great - great grandchildren. Mrs. Patterson was preceded in death by her husband, William Patterson in 1983.

She leaves fond memories with her children, Joyce Patterson, Edith (Darrin) Bishop, Bridget Patterson, Johnnie Mae Balkcom, and Kenneth (Derian) Patterson, two sisters, Beautie Liggins, and Inez Sanford, one brother, Theodore Balkcom and a loving host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great- great grandchildren, cousins, other family and friends.
