Homegoing Services for Mr. Earnest Green of Milledgeville, Georgia will be held on Tuesday December 30, 2014 11:00am at Saint Paul Baptist Church 485 NW Meriwether Road Milledgeville with the interment following at Westview Cemetery. Earnest entered into rest on Thursday, December 25, 2014 at his residence. He was a faithful and devoted member of Saint. Paul Baptist Church for many years and served as an usher until his health declined. He leaves to cherish his memory one son, Earnest Green, Jr., parents, Mr. & Mrs. Roy & Mary J. Green of Milledgeville, Georgia, three sisters, Gladys (Jerome) Grable, Jessie Justice, and Dorothy (Michael) Greggs all of Milledgeville, four brothers, Calvin Green, Wesley Green, Tyrone Green of Milledgeville, and Leroy (Betty) Green of College Park, Georgia, devoted friends, Robbie Sheffield, Larry Stephens, Andrew Paschal and others, also a loving host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
