Graveside Services for Mr. Edward Jerome Broadus, Sr. 61 of Haddock, Georgia will be held on Sunday, January 3, 2021 at Ellis Chapel Baptist Church 548 Ellis Church Road, Haddock, Georgia. Services will begin at 1:00 pm with Reverend Grover Watson officiating. Edward departed this life for eternal rest on Thursday, December 24, 2020 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.

Edward was well known for his God given talent in building construction. He enjoyed shooting pool in his leisure time. Edward loved spending time with family and friends enjoying the precious gift of life.

He leaves cherished memories with his devoted companion; Mildred Goodman, his spouse, Bernice Abrams- Broadus, four daughters; Chasity (Dontrell) Pinkston of Covington, Georgia, Roxzie (James) Broadus, Janae (Melvin) Goodman both of Milledgeville, Georgia and Chamikka (Allen) Goodman of Gray, Georgia, two sons; Chakeich (Tikema) Coppock of Morrow, Georgia and Edward (Kierra) Broadus, Jr. of Haddock, Georgia, twenty one grandchildren, five great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
