Graveside Services Celebrating The Life of Mr. Elijah "Bud" Cook 83 of Milledgeville, Georgia will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 commencing at 2:00 pm at Oak Bethel Holiness Church Cemetery 866 Stembridge Road SE, Milledgeville, Georgia. Bishop Eddie Liggins will officiate. "Bud" was called home to eternal rest on Friday, October 30, 2020 at Lynn Haven Nursing Home in Gray, Georgia. He retired from Buddy Johnson Recycling Center after years of dedicated service. "Bud" was preceded in death by by his daughter; Ethel Mae Bishop and a son; Rufus Ray.

His memory will live on forever with his two caring and devoted cousins; Vickie Bell (Donald) Jones and Dewanda Briscoe of Milledgeville, Georgia, one sister; Mattie Pearl Stephens of Philadelphia, four grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
