Celebration of Life for Mrs. Francenia Prudencia Valdez-Dean of Milledgeville, Georgia will be held on Thursday, November 3, 2022 at 12:30 p.m. at the Augustus Austin Memorial Chapel of Peoples Funeral Home, 950 N Clark Street Milledgeville, Georgia. Reverend Donald B. Hill will officiate. The interment will follow at the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Milledgeville, Georgia. Francenia entered into rest on Friday, October 28, 2022 at Atrium Health Navicent Baldwin.

She was a former employee of Central State Hospital as a laboratory technician and retired after twenty seven years of dedicated service. Francenia was a member of the Junior Bon Amies. She enjoyed a good game of bowling was a favorite pastime. Francenia was preceded in death by her parents, Tomas and Jennie Mae Harper- Valdez.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her devoted and caring husband of fifty four years, Mr. James Dean, one daughter, Reagan Dean of McDonough, Georgia; one son, Omar (Anetress) Dean of Milledgeville, Georgia; one brother, Thomas Valdez of Milledgeville, Georgia; five grandchildren, three great grandchildren and loving host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
