Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Frances Elaine Simmons Hogan of Milledgeville,Georgia will be held on Wednesday,May 1,2013.Services will begin 1:00P.M.at The Chapel Of All Faiths 252 Swint Avenue Milledgeville.Remains will be placed in state at 12:00 noon.The interment will follow at County Line Baptist Church Cemetery.The cortege will leave from 1250 Perry Drive Milledgeville.Frances departed this life on Tuesday,April 23,2013 to receive her reward in Heaven.Frances was preceded in death by her father Julian Simmons and a brother Julian Dennis.She leaves precious memories that will always remain in the hearts of her husband; David Hogan,her children,one son; David(Tameka)Simmons,daughters;Angela Simmons,Jessica(Anthony)Hogan all of Milledgeville,her beautiful mother; Mrs. Frances Simmons,sisters;Betty(Greg)Simmons,Mattie (Dennis) Simmons,Barbara (James) Simmons,Stephanie(Jerome)Nelson,and Shelia(Carl)Cummings.Two brothers;Wilbert(Betty)Simmons of Milledgeville,Melvin(Thelma)Smith of McIntyre, Georgia, six grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews,other relatives and friends.
