Funeral services for Ms. Georgia Illinoise Trawick, 92 of Milledgeville, Georgia will be held on Friday, September 8, 2023 at 11:00 am at the Augustus Austin Memorial Chapel of Peoples Funeral Home, 950 N Clark Street, Milledgeville, Georgia. Reverend Elijah Barnes, Jr. will officiate. The interment will follow at Bone Cemetery. Georgia was called home to eternal rest on Thursday, August 31, 2023 at her residence.

Georgia was a lifelong member of Springhill Baptist Church. She lived and worked in Milledgeville all of her life. She retired from Central State Hospital after 15 years of dedicated service.

Georgia loved her family and friends. She enjoyed flowers and taking drives around her beloved town of Milledgeville. She was very well known and brought her energy and a smile where ever she went.

Georgia is survived by her nephew/ son, Herbert Lee Ingram, devoted niece and nephew Deborah Woods and John Ingram, her grandchildren, Jermaine Reaves, Christopher Reaves, Nodaskie Wilson, Chasity Ingram, Herbert Ingram, Jr., Shaquille Ingram , Jackie Jones and a loving host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and several other relatives and friends.
