Services Celebrating The Life of Mrs. Gloria Spikes "Teen" Harris of Sparta, Georgia will be held on Thursday June 4,2015 - 11:00 a.m. at Stanton Grove Baptist Church 5928 Highway 22 East Sparta, Georgia. The interment will follow at Walls Cemetery.Gloria devoted much of her time helping others in any way she could. Mrs. Harris was President of The Emoni Gospel Singers Fan Club,a member of The Eastern Star, devoted member of the missionary board and the pastor's aide committee, and a proud supporter of the S.B.C.B. Radio Club.On Friday May 29, 2015 Gloria was called home to eternal life. She leaves a legacy of love to be forever cherished by her children, Davina Harris (Freddy) McDowell of Atlanta, Georgia; Cedric (Carolyn) Harris of Sparta, Georgia; one sister, Brenda Spikes of Haddock, Georgia; one brother, Eddie (Tracy) Spikes of Stuart, Florida and a loving host of sisters in laws,brothers in laws, three grandchildren,aunts, uncles, other family and friends.Gloria is preceded in death by her husband Samuel Harris and a son Timothy Verod.
