Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Gwendolyn Jorge Pitts of Milledgeville will be held on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. from Christ Temple of Refuge 116 Frank Bone Road Milledgeville. Remains will be instate 10:00 a.m. at the church. The interment will follow at Scenic Memorial Gardens. Gwendolyn entered into eternal rest on Friday, January 26, 2018. She leaves precious memories in the hearts of her family, one son, Quincey Pitts of Atlanta, sisters, Dorquettia Pitts, Lottie Robinson - Johnson, and Amy Kelsey, brothers, Edwin (Diane) Bonner and Calvin Phelps all of Milledgeville, devoted friend, Carolyn "Candy" Hartwell, aunt, Lizzie Mae Wright, spouse, Calvin Pitts, three grandchildren, special niece, Xavier Robinson, and a host of other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
