Celebration of Life for Mrs. Henrietta Manson, age 77 of Milledgeville, Georgia will be held on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at 12:00 noon (mass required) at the Chapel of All Faiths, 252 Swint Avenue, Milledgeville, Georgia.  Reverend Gregory Ellison will officiate.  The internment will follow at Austin Memorial Cemetery.  Henrietta entered into rest at her residence on Monday, July 25, 2022 with her loving family at her side.

Henrietta enjoyed playing cards, tending to her plants, and music as a favorite pastime.  After living in New York, Mrs. Henrietta moved back to Milledgeville in 1980.

She is survived by one daughter, Sonya Denise Manson of Milledgeville, Georgia, one son, Ernest Eugene Manson, Jr. of Milledgeville, Georgia, five sisters, Ernestine Turner, Louise Bonner, Linda Phelps, Geneath Phelps all of Milledgeville, Georgia and Laura Bachelor of New Brunswick, New Jersey.  One grandchild, Jayla Davis, sisters-in-law, Letty Reaves Brantley and Jenita Reaves, and a loving host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Henrietta was preceded in death by her spouse, Ernest Eugene Manson, Sr., her parents Henry and Nellie Brown, one brother, Melvin Brown, and sadly Marvin Brown who passed the day after her death.
