The Celebration of Life Services for Mrs. Jacqueline Russell will be held on Friday, May 1, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Victory Baptist Church, 640 Meriwether Rd NW, Milledgeville, Georgia. Bishop Alejandro Henry will officiate. Interment will follow at Wood Place Cemetery in Eatonton, Georgia.

Mrs. Russell peacefully entered into eternal rest on Thursday, April 22, 2026.

Jacqueline was born on October 13, 1961, to the late Mr. Seaton Finney, Sr. and Mrs. Julia Mae Finney. She was a proud product of the Baldwin County School District and a 1980 graduate of Baldwin High School. She dedicated many years of faithful service to the Baldwin County School District's Food Service Department before retiring.

Jacqueline was known for her gentle spirit, warm heart, and unwavering devotion to those she loved. Her kindness touched many lives, and her presence will be deeply missed. She found joy and strength in reading and studying her Bible, a reflection of her quiet faith and enduring grace.

Her legacy lives on in the hearts of family, friends, and all who were blessed to know her.

She leaves to cherish her memory:

Her husband of 16 years, Mr. W. C. Russell;  Two  daughters: Ariel (Demetric) Davis of Macon, Georgia, and Breonna (Richard) Russell of Milledgeville, Georgia;  Three sisters: Mae Julia (Joe) Rivers and Gloria (Thomas) Manggrum, both of Cincinnati, Ohio; and Sonia (Marcus) Gay of Macon, Georgia;   Three brothers: Darrell (Jaren) Finney of Cincinnati, Ohio; Seaton Finney of Milledgeville, Georgia; and Dwayne Tatum of Manville, New Jersey.  A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends who will remember her with love.
