James entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at his residence.He leaves to cherish his memory his devoted wife of thirteen years, Mrs. Anita Rae Pankey - Joyner , daughters, Kristi Joyner, Karyn (Phillip) Shinholster, Nicole (Kamau) Hull, sons , Kipp (Shonda) Joyner, Roosevelt (Kimberly) Woolfork, sister, Delores Williams, brother, Elliott (JoAnn) Evans, mother in law, Dr. Anita Rae Smith - Pankey, eleven grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
