Celebration Of Life for Mr. Jay Andre Milner of Milledgeville, Georgia will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at Victory Baptist Church 640 Meriwether Road NW Milledgeville, Georgia.Services will commence at 11:00 am with the interment following at Heritage Memorial Park.  Remains will lie in state at 10:00 am until the service hour.  Jay was called home to eternal rest on Sunday, February 17, 2019.He was a Commercial Owner Operator with Park Avenue International Trucking. He leaves to cherish his memory, his devoted and caring wife of eighteen years, Stacey Hurt - Milner , parents, James Albert & Ella Milner, children, one daughter, Jazmin Milner, two sons, Jalen Milner and Jaxon Milner, siblings, Celena (Walker) Milner, James (Fanisha) Milner III, and a loving host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other family and friends. A wake service will be held on Friday evening February 22, 2019 from 5 to 7:00 pm for family and friends at The Augustus Austin Memorial Chapel of Peoples Funeral Home.
