Celebration of Life for Mrs. JoAnne Choice Oliver, age 69, will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Jones Chapel AME Church Cemetery, 3034 Carrs Station Rd, Sparta, Georgia 31087. Reverend Matthew Dennis will officiate.

JoAnne entered into eternal rest on Friday, June 14, 2024.  She graduated from Baldwin High School, Class of 1973.

She was preceded in death by five brothers: Larry Choice (Vera), Alonzo Choice (Bernestine), Charlie Allen Choice, Jesse Choice (Annie Kate), and James "Frank" Harris (Georgette); one sister: Janice Penamon-Gesse (Charles) of Lithonia, GA.

JoAnne is survived by her son, Ian Alexander Oliver; two sisters:  Annie Lois Choice-Joseph and Jeanette Choice of Boston, Massachusetts; two brothers: Gerald Choice (Yvonne) and Milton Choice (Pauline) both of Milledgeville, Georgia and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, best friends, and friends.
