Celebration of Life for Mr. John Lewis Wright of Atlanta, Georgia formerly of Milledgeville, Georgia will be held on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at Mitchell Zion Baptist Church 309 SW Union Hill Church Road Milledgeville, Georgia. Service time is scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm with the interment to follow at the church cemetery. Remains will lie in state at 12:00 noon. On  Thursday, October 11, 2018 John entered into eternal rest. He leaves to cherish his memory his devoted wife of 32 years of marriage Fannie Mae Wright of Atlanta, Georgia, his loving mother, Mrs. Emma Allen Wilson, daughters, Cynthia (Timothy) Clayton, Stephanie Campbell, and Sharon Imafidon, one son, Donald Bernard McCoy , sisters, Evelyn Johnson, Betty Hooker, Sarah Wright, Shirley Jean (J.B.) Ford, Ernestine (Wallace) Williams, Eula (Edward) Durden, brothers, Otis Wright, Raymond Wilson, Chester (Paula) Wilson, Charlie Wilson, aunts, Uncles, twelve grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
