A Celebration of Life for Ms. Johneva "Linda" Tye  of Milledgeville, Georgia will be held on Friday, September 29, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Union Baptist Church 720 North Clark Street Milledgeville with the interment following at Bone Cemetery. Remains will be placed in state 10:00 a.m. at the church. Johneva known as "Linda" to family and friends was called home to eternal life on Thursday, September 21, 2017. She leaves precious memories that will forever linger in the hearts of her family, one son; Eric Jerome Tye of Athens, Georgia, two grand daughters, Amelia and Madilyn Tye, niece, Angela (Melvin) Cleveland, great nephews, Joshua Deion Finney, Christopher Cleveland and Melvin Cleveland, Jr., great nieces, Tanielle Tye, Chiquta Cleveland, Great Niece, Michelle Philippeaux, god daughters, Rhonda Thomas, Tonya Warren, devoted friends, Margaret Bolston, Gloria Jean Davis, Rudy Redd, and a loving host of cousins other relatives and friends.
