Funeral Services Celebrating The Life  of Mrs. Johnnie Mae Walker- Dixon, 85 of Milledgeville, Georgia will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 11:00 am at Oak Grove Baptist Church, 508 Ga-49 Milledgeville, Georgia. Pastor Colby McKenzie will officiate. The interment will follow at Heritage Memorial Park, 371 Log Cabin Road, Milledgeville, Georgia.

Johnnie Mae entered into rest on Monday, September 25, 2023 at her residence with her loving family at her bedside. She was a lifelong faithful member of Oak Grove Baptist Church serving on the missionary board. Johnnie Mae believed in cleanliness and devoted much of her time cleaning. She also loved flowers especially white lilies. Her love for her husband, children, and other family members was to spend quality time together. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Marian Evette Smith and son, Michael Earl Williams.

Johnnie Mae leaves to honor and cherish her memory, her husband of forty eight years, Richard Clarence Dixon, two daughters, Cynthia Mathis (Derrick) Louis of Atlanta, Georgia; and Loletta Debrena Williams of Milledgeville, Georgia; her devoted grand daughter, Shameka Parham of Milledgeville, Georgia; other grandchildren, Harold Parham, Jr., Carolyn Parham, Allison Jones and Leah Williams, nine great grandchildren, devoted friend, Linton Latimore and a loving host of other family and friends.
