Services Celebrating The Life of Ms. Juliette Jones Thomas of Gordon, Georgia formerly of Milledgeville will be held on Friday, August 26, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Oak Grove Baptist Church 508 Georgia Highway 49 West Milledgeville, Georgia. The interment will follow at Westview Cemetery. Remains will be placed in state at 10:00 a.m. at the church. The cortege will assemble at 203 Cox Road Gordon, Georgia. Juliette was called home from labor to reward on Sunday, August 21, 2016. She was a lifelong member of Oak Grove Baptist Church where she served faithfully on the church committee board and Pastor's aide. Juliette devoted much of her time with the youth department. She served as  a Baldwin County High School Uniform/ Booster Club Parent. Left to cherish her memory and celebrate her life are two sons, Andre Thomas and Marcus (Kyshnia) Reeves both of Milledgeville, Georgia, one brother, James Howard Jones of Milledgeville, Georgia, aunts, Rosa Mae Lewis, Ethel Smith both of Milledgeville, Georgia, and Frances Jones of Macon, Georgia, six grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Juliette was preceded in death by her son Kenneth Reeves, parents, George Edward and Ella Mae Bonner Jones, and a brother, Henry James Mitchell.
