Larry Irwin West was born on October 30,1951 at the Baldwin County Hospital Milledgeville, Ga. to the late Mr. Alonza West Jr. and Rosa Mae west. Larry was educated in the Baldwin County School System and was a graduate of the class of 1972. Larry was a member at Union Baptist Church and was a member of the choir for over 20 years. He later joined Discipleship Christen Center and was a member of the choir and the men's ministry for over 10 years. Larry was joined in holy matrimony to Eleanor Outlaw for 26 years and to this union was born three beautiful children, Takisha Yolanda Thompson of Prince George Va., DeMarlo Irwin West of Atlanta Ga., Summer La Cree West of Milledgeville and Tyheshia Hooks from a former relationship. Cherishing his memories are his loving devoted mother R. Mae West of Milledgeville, his former wife Eleanor, four children, Takisha, DeMarlo, Summer, and Tyheshia.,sisters Catherine B. West of Milledgeville, Deryl V. Ingram (William) of Augusta Ga., two brothers Lonnie West of Augusta, and Ronnie West of Milledgeville Ga.,three aunts Lue Ellen Cain (Joe) Mary Toombs both of Milledgeville, Ruby West Jackson of Beloit, Wisconsin, two uncles Edward Hubbard of Bedford Heights, Ohio, Johnny Lee of Milledgeville, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Larry was preceded in death by his father Alonza West Jr.and brother Eunice H. West.
