Services Celebrating The Life of Mr. Lawrence Xavier Taylor, Jr. of New Orleans , Louisiana will be held on Friday, September 7, 2018 at 11:00 am at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church 174 Church Street Grand Coteau, Louisiana. The interment will follow at the church cemetery. Lawrence departed this life on Friday, August 31, 2018. He leaves to cherish his memory; former wife Elaine Taylor of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, two sons, Lawrence Xavier Taylor, III, and his wife Suzanne of Litchfield Park, Arizona, Marlon Smith of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, grand - daughter, Bryn Elaine Taylor, one sister, Jeanette (Pat) Williams of Grand Coteau, Louisiana, nieces, nephews, great - nieces, great - great nieces, special friend, Sandra Landry of Hammond, Louisiana, God - daughters, and a host of relatives and friends. Lawrence was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence Xavier and Mary Alice Richard Taylor.
