Memorial Service for Mrs. Leslie Diane Phillips age 66 of Haddock, Georgia will be held at a future date for immediate family only. Leslie made her transition on Thursday, April 30, 2020 to be with the Lord while hospitalized at Navicent Health Medical Center in Macon, Georgia. She was the wife of Freddie Phillips who preceded her in death. Leslie moved to Milledgeville, Georgia in 1993 from Detroit, Michigan. She attended County Line Baptist Church in Haddock, Georgia.

Survivors include two daughters; Leslie Miller, Levia Pace and one son, Levi Pace, Jr., one brother, Charles Miller, in-laws, six grandchildren, five great grandchildren, one niece, Ronda Adams and a host of other family and friends.
