Services Celebrating The Life and Love of Mother Lillie Mae Robinson - Young of Milledgeville, Georgia will be held on Saturday, March 11, 2017 - 11:00 a.m. at Elbethel Baptist Church 251 North Irwin Street Milledgeville, Georgia. Remains will be instate 10:00 a.m. at the church. The interment will follow at St. Paul Baptist Church Cemetery. The Reverend: T.O. Rockmore - Pastor will officiate. Mrs. Young was a lifelong member of Elbethel Baptist Church serving faithfully all of her life. She served on the mother's board and as a deaconess. It was on Monday, March 6, 2017 that the Lord called his faithful servant , Lillie Mae Young home to eternal life. She leaves a legacy of love and memories the will forever linger in the hearts of her children, sons, Willie (Candy) Young, Jr. , Barney C. Young, Bennie ( Verdine) Young, daughters, Barbara ( Kelvin) Hill, LaVerne Nelson, Marion (Andrew) Simmons, Bessie Young, Carolyn (Victor) Devereaux, and Betty ( James) Liggins  all of Milledgeville, Georgia, one sister, Mildred Robinson of Chicago, Illinois, brother - in - law, Eddie Young ,sisters - in - law Lucille (George) Hawkins, Eva Mae Ray, Barbara Hooks, twelve grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
