Celebration of Life for Mrs. Lorene Glenn of Milledgeville, Georgia will be held on Saturday, June 21,2014 at Oak Bethel Holiness Church 866 Stembridge Road Milledgeville, Georgia. Services will begin 11:00 a.m. with the interment following at the church cemetery. Remains will lie in state from 10:00a.m. until service time. Mrs. Glenn transitioned from life to life on June 16, 2014. She leaves to cherish her memory: eight daughters,Arleatha (Kenneth) Washington of Atlanta,Georgia; Charlyne(Thomas)Davis of Waycross,Georgia; Arlene (Bobby) Harris, Wanda (Willie) Braddy,Janice Spencer,Letitia Glenn all of Milledgeville, Georgia; Valerie (Grady) Williams,Tonya B. Price of Atlanta, Georgia; five sons,John H.Green, Alton Green, Calvin (Rhonda)Green, Karl Green, Kenneth Shropshire all of Milledgeville, Georgia, devoted friend Barbara Jean Giles,two devoted grandchildren Demetrice Havior, Dominick Washington, and a loving host of grandchildren, great grandchildren,great-great grandchildren neices, nephews and countless friends. She is preceded in death by her husband the late Mr. Preston Glenn, parents; Reverend Willie E.K.and Lora B.Preston Tucker, a son; Tony B. Shropshire, two brothers, Eugene and Leroy Tucker.
