Services Celebrating The Life of Ms. Lucy Ford will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2014 11:00 a.m. at Pine Ridge Baptist Church 657 NW Old Monticello Rd. Milledgeville, Georgia.The interment will follow at the church cemetery.Ms.Ford was a devoted member of Kingdom Family Church in Taylor, Michigan where she served as one of the church ministers. She retired from United Auto Workers Legal Services where she was employed as an attorney. On Friday, December 5, 2014 Ms. Ford made her sacred journey home to be with the Lord. Her legacy of love shall always be in the hearts of her loving family including one daughter;Ashley Ford of Taylor, Michigan,three sisters,Usher (Lee Arthur) James of Gray, Georgia,Beatrice Ford of Haddock, Georgia, Andy (Willie Jeff) Reid of Haddock, Georgia, four brothers,Josiah Watson of Detroit, Michigan,Avearn (Carol) Ford of Toledo, Ohio, Eunice (Peggy) Ford of Jacksonville, Florida, Cornelius Ford of Haddock, Georgia, grandchildren, Matthew Ford,Noah Ford,Joshua Ford, Olivia Ford and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
