A Memorial Service Celebrating The Life of Mrs. Mamie Smith, 77, of Haddock, Georgia will be held privately by her family. Mamie was called home to eternal rest on Friday, June 16, 2023 at her residence with her family by her bedside. She moved to Haddock, Georgia in 2020 from Detroit, Michigan. She enjoyed playing bingo as one of her favorite pastimes.

Mamie leaves to cherish and honor her memory, one son, Gia Smith and companion Amanda Thomas of Haddock, Georgia; three sisters, Linda Taylor of Philadelphia, PA; Ann Gause of New Jersey; and Jane Phillips of Detroit, MI; two brothers, Ronnie Washington and George Washington of Milledgeville, Georgia; four grandchildren, one great grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
