Memorial Services for Mark L. Carter of 141 Jacobs Circle Milledgeville will be held at New Bethany Baptist Church in Bay Shore, New York. Interment will be private. Mark made Milledgeville his home nine years ago. He is survived by his loving children Kylia and Isaiah Carter of Milledgeville, and friend Kecia Copeland. Sister; June Carter, brothers; Raymond and Marvin Carter of Bay Shore, New York. Aunts; Alice Edwards, Mable Copeland, June Foster, Phyllis Patrick, Sylvia Thomas, Mary Hubbard, and Martha Harris. Uncle; Clayton Thomas and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Mark was preceded in death by his parents Raymond Carter and Geraldine Jackson Carter.
