Celebration of Life for Mrs. Mary Lucy Pinkston-Bell, age 90, of Milledgeville, Georgia will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2023 commencing at 11:00 am at Friendship Baptist Church, 685 Ga-24, Milledgeville, Georgia. Bishop Eddie Liggins will officiate. The interment will follow at the church cemetery. Mary Lucy entered into rest on Saturday, March 18, 2023 at Pine Pointe Hospice in Macon, Georgia.

She was a lifelong resident of Baldwin County and a devoted member of Friendship Baptist Church her entire life. Mary Lucy retired from Central State Hospital after 30 years of dedicated service. She also worked at Georgia College some 10 plus years in food service. The family would gather together on Sundays to enjoy delicious home cooked meals that she would prepare. Her family meant the world to her especially the grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Her memory will always be cherished by her five daughters, Linda (Antonio) Cleveland of Warner Robins, Georgia; Lisa Bell-Davis of Warner Robins, Georgia; Patricia Pinkston, Mary Katherine Pinkston and Carolyn (Albert) Moment of Milledgeville, Georgia; three sons, Jerry Pinkston, Michael Pinkston and Timothy Bell of Milledgeville, Georgia; one sister, Nina Lee of Rochester, New York; one brother, Henry Pinkston, Jr. of Milledgeville, Georgia; her special friend, Annie Ruth Wallace, 22 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends survive her.
