A Celebration Of Life for Master Sergeant Nathaniel "Nay" Hicks of Jonesboro,Georgia will be held on Saturday,November 9,2013 at Shiloh Baptist Church 216 West Mills Street Jonesboro, Georgia 30236.Services will begin at 1:00P.M. with the interment following at Sherwood Memorial Park and Mausoleum 6841 Tara Blvd. Jonesboro, Georgia.The Reverend:Arthur Landfair will officiate.On Friday,November 1,2013 Nathaniel departed this life surrounded by his loving family to make his Sacred Journey Home to be with the Lord.He leaves a legacy of love to be cherished by his loving and devoted wife of thirty one years;Deloris J.Hicks,children,LaTonya Francis(Ronald),Ladoniya Miller and Linda McCoy of Fayetteville,North Carolina,Nathaniel Hicks(Yolanda)of New Orleans, Louisiana,Cliff Brown of Atlanta, Georgia and Rico McKoy of Fayetteville,North Carolina.Sisters;Ann Robinson, Joyce Hicks,Jackie Presswood all of Bessemer, Alabama,Teresa Payton,(George) of Powder Springs,Georgia,Valeria Curry(Haywood),Belinda Turk(Reverend Dennis) of Birmingham, Alabama,mother-in-law Mrs.Liz Morrison of Valdosta, Georgia four sisters-in-laws,one brother-in-law, four grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, uncles,aunts, other relatives and friends.
