Graveside Services Celebrating The Life of Mr. Mitchell "Chuck" Hooks 62 of Milledgeville, Georgia will be held on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 11:00 am at Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery 685 Ga-24, Milledgeville, Georgia. Elder John A. Jones will officiate. Mitchell entered into rest on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at Navicent Health Medical Center in Macon, Georgia.

He was a member of the W.M.B. Society at Friendship Baptist Church. Mitchell was a former heavy equipment operator with Lavender & Son Construction while employed there.

He leaves to cherish his memory, two sisters, Minnie Reaves and Dorothy Hooks, one brother, Rickey Hooks of Milledgeville, Georgia, devoted niece, Tracy Hall, devoted nephew, Roderick Hooks Sr., one uncle, Eugene Harden of Milledgeville, Georgia and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
