Funeral Service Celebrating the Life of Mr. Nicholas R. Jenkins, 32 of Sandersville, Georgia will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at St. Galilee Baptist Church, 316 Augusta Alley, Sandersville, Georgia.  Services will begin at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Kareem M. Jackson officiating.  The interment will be private.

Nicholas Rashad Jenkins passed away on July 15, 2023. Nick was born on July 10, 1991, to the parentage of Frank Simmons, Jr. and Genie Jenkins. Nick attended schools in Washington County, Georgia, as well as Lithonia, Georgia and Dekalb County, Georgia. He went on to Job Corp to study masonry. He later went on to work at Dollar Tree as a stocker/cashier. Nick loved spending time with family, making music, and laughing. His affectionate smile and love gifts will be missed throughout the years.

He was preceded in death by his brother: Daiquan Walker, and his grandmother: Josephine Simmons.

Haynes, Kathy (Freddie)Blocker, Trina D. (Eddie)Lattimore all of Sandersville, GA, devoted aunt: Cecillia Jenkins of Milledgeville, GA; great aunt: Georgia Fraley of New York, NY; his uncle: John W. (Mae Alice) Jackson of Atlanta, GA; his sister-in-law: Felicia Walker of Sandersville, GA; a devoted friend Jessica Barron; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
