Celebration of life for Ms. Ola Mae Walls-Lewis will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at 12:00 noon at Jones Chapel AME Church, 3034 Carrs Station Road, Sparta, GA 31087.  Reverend Tommy Curry will officiate, and the interment will follow at the Walls Cemetery, Sparta, GA.

Ms. Lewis entered into eternal rest on Thursday, March 13, 2025.

Ola Mae was born to the parentage of the late Walton and Georgia Bundrage Walls on August 30, 1953. Ola Mae was the first-born daughter.  She was a lifelong member of the Sparta community and a member of Jones Chapel AME Church where she was an active, joyful, vocal member of the choir.

Ola Mae was preceded in death by her loving parents, and three brothers: Roosevelt Walls, Clarence Walls, and Rufus Walls.

Ola leaves to cherish her loving and kind memories 3 sisters: Ruth Wingfield of White Plains, Georgia, Dianne Walker (Melvin), and Kathy Walls both of Devereaux, Georgia; 4 brothers:  Boe Walls (Johnnie Mae), Odell Walls, Leon Walls all of Devereaux, Georgia, and Jeffery Walls of Milledgeville, Georgia and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. Her loving, caring, and humbleness will be deeply missed by all.
