Memorial Services for immediate family only Celebrating The Life of Mr. Randolph Mullins 69 "aka" Raggy Roo of Milledgeville, Georgia will be held  on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at 1:00 pm at The Augustus Austin Memorial Chapel of Peoples Funeral Home 950 N Clark Street Milledgeville, Georgia. The interment will be private.  Reverend Gregory Ellison will officiate. Randolph was called home to eternal rest on Wednesday, December 9, 2020. He moved back to his home town of Milledgeville in 2006 from Blakeley, Georgia. Randolph attended church services at St. Mary Missionary Baptist Church in Milledgeville, Georgia where his brother in law Reverend Gregory Ellison is the pastor.

Randolph was preceded in death by his parents; Johnny Lee and Clara Mae Miller-Mullins. He loved spending time with family and friends and also enjoyed fishing as a favorite pastime.

He leaves to cherish his memory yet mourning his departure, his wife of thirty years; Essie Mae Grier-Mullins, one son; Shane (Sonyia) Fleming of Milledgeville, Georgia, siblings; Janie Mae (Willie) Glover, Dyann Scott-Williams both of Macon, Georgia, Estella (Reverend Gregory) Ellison, Claudia (Curtis) Collins, Brenda (Tony) Smith, Valeria (Cedric) Harris of Milledgeville, Georgia, Patricia (Gary) Medlin of Chicago, Illinois, John Henry Mullins, Barry Mullins, Tony Mullins of Milledgeville, Georgia, Johnnie Lee (Thajura) Hill of Warner Robins, Georgia and Charlie Lee (Angela) Hill of Macon, Georgia, six grandchildren, his devoted companion, Jennifer Mosley and a loving host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
