Mr. Richard Earnest Hurt 64 of Milledgeville, Georgia passed away at his home on Monday, March 8, 2021 with his family at his side. Private memorial services will be held at a later date. Richard was employed as a maintenance engineer at Primary Pediatrics. He was preceded in death by his parents; Dorsey and Ernestine-Wright Hurt.

Richard leaves to cherish his memory, three daughters; Kimberly Odom of Milledgeville, Georgia, Lanita (John) Salo of Perry, Georgia, and Kanica Hurt of Milledgeville, Georgia, one son; Christopher (Cassandra) Hurt of Milledgeville, Georgia, devoted cousins; Evelyn Hudson and Sheila Worrell, devoted friends; Tyrone Gordon and Brenda Cleveland also a loving host of other family and friends.
