Mr. Richard Mullins of Milledgeville, Georgia entered into rest on Thursday, August 17, 2017. Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, August  23, 2017 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at The Augustus Austin Memorial Chapel of Peoples Funeral Home 950 N Clark Street Milledgeville.  He was born on February 27, 1960 to the parentage of the late Johnny Lee Mullins and the late Clara M. Miller Mullins. Richard leaves to cherish his memory, one son, Joshua (Alys) Watkins of Macon, Ga, brothers, Randolph Mullins, John Henry Mullins, Barry Mullins, Tony Mullins all of Milledgeville, Ga, Johnnie Lee (Thajura) Hill of North Carolina, and Charlie Lee (Angela) Hill of Macon, Ga, sisters, Janie Mae (Willie) Glover and Dyann (Emmitt) Scott of Macon, Ga, Estella (Reverend Gregory) Ellison, Claudia Collins, Brenda (Tony) Smith, Valeria (Cedric) Harris of Milledgeville, Ga, and Patricia (Gary) Medlin of Chicago, Illinois, two grandchildren, Jocelyn Watkins and Kingston Watkins, aunts, Ophelia Mullins of Milledgeville, Ga, Bernice Anderson of Atlanta, Ga, and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
