Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Robert May III of Milledgeville, Georgia will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at the Augustus Austin Memorial Chapel of Peoples Funeral Home, 950 N Clark Street Milledgeville, Georgia. Reverend Calvin Washington will officiate. The interment will follow at Heritage Memorial Park. The cortege will assemble at 12:15 p.m. at 1066 N Wayne Street Milledgeville, Georgia.

Robert entered into eternal rest on Saturday, November 19, 2022. He loved spending time with his children and family. His favorite sports were basketball and football. He also loved fishing and hunting.

Robert leaves cherished memories with his parents, Michael and Betty Jean Simmons, Robert May, Jr. of Milledgeville, Georgia;  two daughters, Tylexis May, Malia May, two sons, Kemari May and Mason Malik May, his devoted companion, Deidra Culver, one sister, Brianna Macklin May of North Carolina; one brother, Rodney S. May of Milledgeville, Georgia and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
