The Homegoing Service for Mrs. Rosa Fraley-Scott,(Lil Sista), age 77 of Covington, Georgia formerly of Milledgeville, Georgia will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at 1:00pm at Bone Cemetery, 941 N Clark Street Milledgeville, Georgia. Pastor Tony Fraley will officiate the graveside service.

Rosa enjoyed traveling and enjoying the beautiful sights of the world, going to the Beau Rivage Resort & Casino in Biloxi, Mississippi, and cooking for her family and friends. It is with full hearts, that the family of Rosa regrets to announce her final transition which occurred on Monday, February 28, 2022.

Mrs. Scott is the wife of Theodore R. Scott, Jr. of Sparta, Georgia and mother of Theodore R. Scott III (Tracyee Scott), Sanford Scott and Adrienne Wise (Curtis Wise), and the grandmother of Brice Scott, Brandon Scott, Gillian Scott, Jasmyne Scott, Cherisse Wise, Jonathan Wise, Ava Scott, Evan Scott and Gabrielle Wise, also her last surviving sibling, Margaret Fraley as well a loving host of beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and loved ones by blood and love survive her.

To protect loved ones from COVID-19, those attending are required to wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status.
