Homegoing Services Celebrating The Life of Mrs. Ruby Dee Ruffin age 69 of Milledgeville, Georgia will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2019 commencing at 2:00 pm at Second Beulah Baptist Church 3014 Beulah Highway Sparta, Georgia. Remains will lie in state at 1:00 pm until the service hour. Reverend Bobby Warren will officiate. The interment will follow at Hickory Cemetery.

Ruby was called home to eternal rest on Sunday, December 15, 2019 at Green Acres Nursing Home. She was a faithful member of Second Beulah Baptist Church. Ruby was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Louis Ruffin, Sr. and her parents, Bennie and Zephrine  - Warren Goodman, Sr.

She leaves cherished memories in the hearts of her children, Tiah (Joshua) Jackson, Patricia Harden, Louis Ruffin, Jr. all of Milledgeville, Georgia and James Chester, Jr. of Sparta, Georgia, two sisters, Evelyn Grant of Sparta, Georgia and Sherleen Cook of Milledgeville, Georgia, one brother, Carl Goodman of Eatonton, Georgia, devoted niece, Sylvia Womble, devoted nephews, Anthony Bernard Goodman and Curtis Goodman, eleven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
