Graveside Services will be held for Mr. Ruffie "Joe" Reeves on Monday, January 19, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul Baptist Church Cemetery located on Stewart Drive in Milledgeville.  Pastor Dexter Burney will officiate.

Joe departed this life on Tuesday, January 13, 2026.  He was preceded in death by his parents, his four brothers, Larry Johnson, Leroy Johnson, Rogers Johnson, and Dave Johnson and his devoted sister Bernice Johnson.

He leaves to cherish his memories:  his wife of 58 years, Irma Reeves; his son Felix (Vickie) Reeves and his daughters, Sarita (Anderson) Smith, and Marcillena (Walker Jr.) Juhan. His grandchildren: Jasmaine Reeves, Walker Juhan III, Coy Juhan, and Meyanna Reeves, and his great grandchildren Kayci and Kai'Leigh Juhan.

He is survived by his devoted siblings Christine Brantley, Maxine Paschal, and Julious Johnson (Betty) and sisters-in-law Carlene Johnson and Patricia Johnson all of Milledgeville; and a host of nieces, nephew, family members and friends.
