Homegoing Services for Ms. Sandra D. Ray of Milledgeville will be held on Thursday, May 23, 2013 at The Chapel of All Faiths 252 Swint Avenue Milledgeville. Services will begin at 12:00 noon with the interment following at Bundrage Cemetery. Sandra was a devoted and faithful member of Union Missionary Baptist Church all of her life. She departed this life on Sunday, May 19, 2013 in Augusta, Georgia and was welcomed into Divine Eternity. Precious memories will remain in the hearts of her loving and caring mother; Lorene Ray of Milledgeville, her devoted daughter; Yumeka (Wayne) Mincey of Augusta, Georgia, three sisters; Denise Shinholster, Cynthia Ray, and Kimbley Simmons all of Milledgeville. Four brothers; Marvie Ray of Milledgeville, Ronald Ray of Conyers, Georgia, Horace(Janice) Ray, Jr. of Stockbridge, Georgia, Torrie (Marlo)Ray of Augusta, Georgia, her devoted fiance' Tony Blow of Milledgeville, two grandchildren, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Sandra was preceded in death by her father Reverend Horace Ray, Sr. and a sister Reverend Lola Taylor.
