A Celebration of Life for Mrs. Scarlet Ross Parham of Milledgeville will be held on Friday January 4, 2013. Services will begin at 11:00a.m. at The Chapel of All Faiths 252 Swint Avenue Milledgeville.Reverend Harold Parham will be the Eulogist. The interment will follow at Heritage Memorial Cemetery. Scarlet departed this life on Saturday December 29, 2012 at her residence. She leaves to cherish her memory a devoted husband Willie A. Parham, loving mother Bessie Turner Lewis,two sons Gary (Jennifer) Ross and Andre Ross.Six sisters; Mildred Butts Lee, Hazel Payne, Leslie (Winton) King, Linda Lewis, Jacqueline Lewis,Maril Devereaux. One brother Joe L. Lewis,devoted friends;Dianne Hill and Doris Cooper, devoted nieces Scottie Payne Stubbs, Angela Payne Bridges,nine grandchildren,eight great-grandchildren, and a host of other nieces, nephews,relatives and friends. Scarlet was preceded in death by her father Robert Devereaux,step - father Miller Lewis, two sons,Derrick F. Ross,Craig A.Ross,two brothers Robert Turner, Sr. and Willie Lee Butts.
